We put our offer in just before going on a camping trip (assuming with the tough market that we probably would not get the house, although really hopeful), and sure enough our offer was accepted next day. We were not going to have any cell service throughout our whole trip, so we were nervous to leave in such a crazy part of the process... with needing to coordinate so many things. Jodi took care of everything we needed to do in those next few days and we came back with everything in order and ready to go.
